Awards: a promising start in the first half of 2018

While the year comes (already) to mid-term, we are glad to summarize here the nice awards, mentions and selections obtained by our wines since January 2018. Locally, internationally and even in the air, from easy drinking wines to the great appellations of Burgundy, all of them are new guarantees of the quality tradition and know-how of the whole Labouré-Roi team:

2018 started with the great score of 92 pts obtained by our Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Les Cailles 2015 given by the specialized magazine Wine Enthusiast, a reference for connoisseurs and amateurs from all over the world.

In Japan, at the beginning of February, an exclusively women jury offered a silver medal to our red Coteaux Bourguignons 2015 at the 5th Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Awards.

Two famous appellations of Labouré-Roi also stand out in regional tasting competitions: our Gevrey-Chambertin 2015 won a gold medal at the Burgondia competition and our Nuits-Saint-Georges 2015 was distinguished at the spring Tastevinage.

Moreover, our iconic Chablis Le Beaunois 2015 was recently selected by Srilankan Airlines for Business Class on-board service, while our Chardonnay Vin de France 2017 received a silver medal in the «Best Value from France » competition organized by the Union of Oenologists of France with an international jury of experts.
