This year again, we are very pleased to sign, together with our friend Fabien Romany, a new vintage of Beaujolais Nouveau Bio. His vineyard, created by his great grandmother in 1914, is located in the southernmost part of the Beaujolais region, at the boundary of the Coteaux Lyonnais, surrounding the charming villages of Bully, Saint-Germain and Saint-Bis.
Since 2007, Fabien has given an environmentally responsible option to the estate, with the “Terra Vitis” label until the conversion to entirely organic methods of farming. The vine growing methods are designed to maintain the natural balance of the soil, the terroir, and the vine in order to better preserve the good properties of water while producing grapes of great quality with the utmost respect for the environment.
In the following video he presents the 2018 vintage of this Beaujolais Nouveau Bio.
